Spring Party - Night at the Races!

On the day of the Kentucky Derby, let’s celebrate DG Brad’s year with a Night at the Races Spring Party! The night will start with a social hour with a cash bar featuring DG Brad’s favorite drink “Mint Julep”. After the introduction of our PDGs and honored Guests the dinner stations will open. At 8:30 ID Pat will address our convention start the Races!

We are asking all of our clubs to purchase a Club Package ($75), which includes your clubs ad in the program, two dinners, and a horse. Please register 2 members to represent your club at the race to ‘jockey’ the horse! All Lions are welcome to purchase a Lions Package ($50) that includes two dinners and a horse, or just dinner, or just a horse! DG Brad worked with First Energy to sponsor this event, and that greatly reduced the costs of the meals for each attendee!  Name your horse and be creative! Each race winner will receive a prize, and ZC Sam will be managing the betting table. So come ready to support the District, the club, and your horse!

Social Hour: 6:30 - Food Stations: 7:30 - Races: 8:30

$50 = 2 Dinners and 1 Horse

$15 = 1 Dinner

$25 = 1 Horse

There is a special room rate at the Park Inn of $89 a night (plus fees) for both Friday and Saturday nights, and in order to receive this rate, your reservation will need to be made by April 4, 2018
